Double Grape

Todays harvest is Mephisto Double Grape

A true legend among Mephisto enthusiasts!

One was a phenotype I've never seen before.. long thin buds that almost look like foxtails. The other is much more consistent with the ones I've grown in the past. I kind of beat the heck out of these plants between topping, and LST. They had a slow start as you can see from my weekly updates, but for seeds that were over 4 years old, I'd say did really well.

On a frost scale, I would call these epic. Sticky, gassy, grapey goodness.

Definitely a light feeder. SoHum soil on the bottom half of the pot. And a 1:1 Coco/SoHum mix on the top half. They got one top dressing of Dr Earth on day 27. Water only with some recharge here and there.

I also let these go a bit longer than normal. I was in the hospital with my son for a week so normally I would have taken these down 5 or 6 days ago, but these ones went 76 days. There are a lot of amber trichomes. Sleepy time!!

Lights are Electric Sky ES300s.

Happy Growing everyone! 😊
